Kemar's Kootenay Lake Getaway
Located in the heart of the BC Kootenays just 5 kms north of Ainsworth Hot Springs, Kemar's two bedroom garden level vacation getaway boasts a splendid view of Kootenay Lake and surrounding mountains. Newly renovated and fully furnished Kemar's offers a fully supplied kitchen: basic breakfast foods/spices/condiments/cleaning supplies (even a breadmaker/ingredients), 4 pc. bath/toiletries, wifi, sat-tv, 50" tv, stereo system/cd players, laundry/supplies, barbeque/propane, firepit/firewood and shared private beach. Movies (for all ages), books, games, puzzles, craft supplies, toys, some sports equipment on site and 2 kayaks docked at our beach.
Outdoor furniture for your comfort and convenience: picnic table (& outdoor dishes/cutlery - may be used off premises), bistro set, three 2-seaters, 3 chaise lounges, 2 person swing and 2 occasional tables. A 10' x 10' canopy tent is available for your use.
For our youngest guests we are happy to provide a wading pool, sandbox, sprinkler and assorted indoor/outdoor toys.
Situated between Nelson and Kaslo, Kemar's is ideally located near regional parks, hiking, fishing, golf, swimming, boating, artisans, restaurants and many small towns to explore for those much anticipated day trips, fairs and festivals!
Or should you desire to have a relaxing day 'at home'... it's a short walk to our shared private beach where you'll find a delightful natural shoreline to lull away the hours, and an anchored floating dock for those who want a swimming destination and a convenient resting and/or sunning deck. Confident with handling kayaks? We have two (with life jackets) available for your use. Pack a picnic and enjoy yourselves!

- High Season (May 1st - Sept 30th) - $115 per night {Low Season Rate $85/night}
- Weekly rates (Low - $525; High - $725)
- Monthly rates (Low - $1600; High - $2000)
- Self-serve breakfast foods included.
- Stat holidays and long weekends charged at High Season rates.
